Dr. Eugene Buff is a seasoned technology transfer and innovation management professional with over twenty years of combined scientific, consulting and management experience. He has substantial expertise in a wide variety of industries, including but not limited to healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, polymers and chemical manufacturing. Dr. Buff leads consulting projects for yet2.comclients on both technology licensing and technology acquisitions. He is actively involved in deal negotiations and has been a primary broker on several highly publicized licensing deals. Dr. Buff is involved in developing and delivering yet2.comprofessional services that include market and technology assessments, portfolio analysis and valuations. Dr. Buff earned his Master degree in Biochemistry as well as his Medical Doctor degree from Russian State Medical University. He is also a Ph.D. in Genetics and is a coauthor of 13 papers in peer reviewed international journals. Eugene is an active member of the Licensing and Technology Transfer community and serves on several committees and task forces at AUTM and LES. He is a member on many consulting and professional network organizations and often presents on issues of Intellectual Property, Innovation and Technology Transfer both in US and internationally.

Haggai S. Klorman-Eraqi works as an advisor for M&A transactions and technology related investments. His work includes acquisition of financial institutions and private equity activities. Previously, Haggai was in charge of Business Development for IT Security in IBM. In that capacity he managed the development cycle with R&D departments in Europe and United States and conducted joint ventures with partner companies.  Haggai graduated with a bachelor's degree in Economics and a Law degree (LLB). He also holds an MBA and a Masters in Finance from Boston College.

Eric Grossberg has worked in the private equity, principal investment, and M&A fields since 1998.  Most recently, in his role of Business Development and Mergers & Acquisitions for Cisco Systems he led 5 acquisitions, totaling over $700m. Previously, Eric was a Principal with J.G. Ventures, a private equity firm.  Eric was also a core member of McKinsey & Company's private equity practice in San Francisco and led target selection and diligence for a top 10 private equity firm on telecom and infrastructure    investments in Europe, the U.S., and Asia.  Eric has an MBA from Stanford University and an AB degree from Harvard University.

Avi Bruskin is the CEO and founder of Cervitex, a company which specializes in various activities in the Medical field. These activities focus in wholesaling medical equipment, healthcare projects and commercialization of innovative medical technology. Previously, Avi worked in TadSys as a system & integration manager, in charge of design, development and implementation of international military IT and communication projects.
